Commencement of Ground Geophysics on Blackflake West ‘All Channel’ EM Target

Toronto,Ontario, 10 July 2014. Metals Creek Resources (TSX-V:MEK) has been advised by Xmet Inc.  (“Xmet” or the “Company”) (TSXV-XME) that Xmet has engaged Abitibi Geophysics to commence the ground geophysical program on its Blackflake West ‘All Channel’ Electromagnetic (“EM”) target in the next few days. 

The ground geophysical program will be carried out in two phases, with the ground magnetics component being first, followed by ground Induced Polarization and/or ground Electromagnetic to better delineate the target for drilling. The magnetic grid will consist of approximately 35 line km over the ‘All Channel’ Electromagnetic response target discovered by Metals Creek early in 2014.

Xmet Inc. has the option to earn a 50% interest (see news release May 22, 2014) in the Blackflake West (Feagan Lake) Graphite Project by paying MEK an aggregate of $20,000, issuing 3,000,000 common shares and incurring exploration expenditures in the amount of $885,000 within a three-year period. In order to earn an additional 10% interest, Xmet must pay MEK $100,000 and issue 1,500,000 common shares within 90 days of earning 50% and incur exploration expenditures of $1,000,000 in year four.

Michael MacIsaac, P. Geo, VP Exploration for the Corporation and a qualified person as defined in National Instrument 43-101, is responsible for this release, and supervised the preparation of the information forming the basis for this release.
