Alexander (Sandy) Stares, President & CEO
Mr. Alexander (Sandy) Stares has in excess of twelve years experience in mineral exploration, spanning a variety of Canadian geological terrain, from Newfoundland to Northern Manitoba. He has also completed several tours prospecting in Indonesia and Mexico. Prior to forming his own Contracting Company – Stares Prospecting Ltd., as of 2007, Sandy has worked with Rubicon Minerals Corporation, Freewest Resources of Canada, New Millenium, Lac Des Isle Mines, and Noranda. Mr. Stares was instrumental in the discovery of the H-Pond Gold Prospect and the Lost Pond Uranium Prospect. He also discovered numerous major mineral occurrences in Canada and abroad which have been the subject of extensive exploration programs. Mr. Stares was one of the recipients of the 2007 PDAC “Bill Denis Prospector of the Year” Award, which was awarded to members of the Stares/Keats family. Prior to his exploration career, Mr. Stares served in the Canadian Air Force for 15 years and was the recipient of the Deputy Commander in Chief of NORAD “Certificate of Achievement” Award for exceptional performance. 

 
Michael MacIsaac, P.Geo, VP Exploration
Mr. MacIsaac brings to Metals Creek Resources over 20 years of exploration and management experience. Mr. MacIsaac received his B.Sc from Lakehead University and has a Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo) designation from the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario. Mr. MacIsaac’s vast experience entails both grass roots and advanced projects across Canada in gold, base metal and PGE environments. His experience includes base metal exploration with Noranda Exploration in the Geco and Mattabi Mining Camps, Gold exploration in the prolific Hemlo and Red lake Gold Camps and PGE exploration for North American Palladium in Northern Finland and Northwestern Ontario where he held the position of exploration manager and was instrumental in the discovery of the Offset Zone at the Lac des Isle Mine site. Mr. MacIsaac’s vast background in different metallogenic terranes and exploration techniques will help this young company poised for growth attain its strategic ob objectives through quality acquisitions and sound exploration.

  
Wayne Reid, P.Geo, VP Corporate Development & Director
Mr. Reid has in excess of 30 years experience in exploration and mining geology, spanning a variety of Canadian geological terrane, from Newfoundland to Northern B.C. and Alaska. Mr. Reid was instrumental in the discovery of the Brewery Creek Gold Deposit in the Yukon Territory and the Boundary Massive Sulphide Deposit / Duck Pond Mine in Central Newfoundland.  His experience includes gold, base metal and uranium exploration in most geological environments in North America.  He has over 20 years with the Noranda / Hemlo group in the capacity of District and Regional manager in a number of areas across Canada. He has over 10 years in the Timmins camp with Echo Bay Mines, as Canadian Manager and with St. Andrew Goldfields, as Exploration Manager.  Most recently he was Vice President of Exploration for Ucore Uranium.

 
Nikolaos (Nick) S. Tsimidis, CFO & Director
Mr. Tsimidis has been a sole proprietor chartered accountant since 1993, and has extensive experience in the public markets. Mr. Tsimidis has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the Faculty of Arts and Science at the University of Toronto. Mr. Tsimidis obtained his C.A. designation in 1989 and articled at KPMG, and continues to service publicly traded companies in the areas of finance, financial reporting and special projects. From July 2003 to February 2006, Mr. Tsimidis has acted as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer and as a director of NSP Pharma Corp. (previously The Leadership Fund Inc.), a federally-incorporated company (NSP, TSX-V). From January 2003 to November 2004, Mr. Tsimidis has acted as Chief Financial Officer of Outlook Resources Inc. (OLR, TSX-V); from February 2001 to October 2002, Mr. Tsimidis acted as Controller of RTICA Crop. (RTN, TSX-V); from December 1995 to October 1999, Mr. Tsimidis acted as Secretary and Treasurer of Goldstake Explorations Inc. (GXP, TSX). From November 2004 to the present, Mr. Tsimidis acted as CEO of DVD Investments Limited (DVD.H, NEX). Since February, 2005, Mr. Tsimidis has served as Chief Financial Officer of First Canadian Capital Markets, a limited market dealer.

  
Denis C. Arsenault, C.A., Director
Mr. Arsenault is a Chartered Accountant with more that 20 years experience, who began his career with Peat Marwick in 1981. Since 1981, Mr. Arsenault has held a number of positions, including a five-year term as controller (and subsequently secretary/treasurer) of Key Radio Limited, a division of Maclean Hunter Ltd. From 1985 to 1995, Mr. Arsenault was a partner in Wasserman Arsenault, Chartered Accountants, of Toronto, Ontario. From April of 1995 to April of 1996, Mr. Arsenault served as a director of Mincor Resources Ltd. In 1995, Mr. Arsenault joined Mond Industries Inc. (subsequently Trail Mobile Canada Ltd.) (TMX, TSX) as a director, Chief Financial Officer and VP Finance. During Mr. Arsenault’s tenure that company completed a Qualifying Transaction and subsequently listed on The Toronto Stock Exchange.
Subsequently, Mr. Arsenault became Chief Financial Officer of Patent Enforcement and Royalties Ltd. (PAL, TSX-V). In 2000, Mr. Arsenault was a director and Chief Financial Officer of Tempus Inc., a Keystone Corporation on the Winnipeg Stock Exchange (ADA, TSX-V). During Mr. Arsenault’s tenure, that company completed a Qualifying Transaction with Acadian Gold Corporation. In 2001, Mr. Arsenault became the director, Chief Financial Officer and VP Finance of Orbus Life Sciences Ltd., a private company, which in 2002 merged with BOVAR Inc., a TSX-listed company, to become Orbus Pharma Inc. Presently, Mr. Arsenault is a director,Chief Financial Officer and VP Finance of Orbus Pharma Inc. (ORB, TSX).

Michael Stares, Director
Mr. Stares has been a successful entrepreneur having a 50% ownership in Stares Contracting Corp., a private contracting firm that provides prospecting and development services to the mining and exploration industry. Michael's background comes from 18 years of prospecting, 8 years for Noranda Exploration, having a fantastic track record for new discoveries. Alongside the Stares-Keats family of prospectors, Michael was the honoured recipient of the 2006 Bill Dennis Prospector of the Year Award at the 2006 PDAC Conference. Michael currently serves both as a director and audit committee member of Benton Resources Corp. (BTC, TSX-V).
