Metals Creek Announces Appointment of New Director and Grant of Stock Options

 Toronto, August 11, 2011.  Metals Creek Resources Corp. ("Metals Creek") is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Mohan to the Board of Directors of Metals Creek Resources. Pat is President and CEO of the Mohan Group. Pat has worked in the marketing, advertising and promotions field for over 20 years. In 1986, he founded The Mohan Group and has been the driving force behind the growth of the company from a fledgling firm to one of the fastest growing and best respected advertising and marketing companies in Canada. Pat is also a director with Trelawney Mining And Exploration Inc.


In addition The Corporation has granted 3,000,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Corporation.  All such options will have a term of five years at an exercise price of $0.13 per share, will be governed by the terms and conditions of the Corporation’s stock option plan and will be subject to vesting provisions.
